Brad Welten – Founding Director

Brad is a property professional with extensive experience across the commercial and residential construction classes. With a successful track record spanning 15 years as director of Bradwell Constructions, Brad has delivered hundreds of projects throughout Queensland and New South Wales.

Along with an experienced construction team, Brad has seen an expansion of his construction business year on year. He has also carried out several of his own property developments throughout the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Brad’s excellent technical and project management capabilities ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and on budget. Brad is instrumental in the success of Bradwell Constructions and is highly regarded by his peers and clients within South East Queensland.

Stuart Smith – General Projects Manager

Stuart has over 30 years of construction industry experience and, over the course of his career, has had a strong focus on both commercial and residential projects. He has successfully delivered projects from $1 Million to $30 Million along the entire eastern seaboard. Stuart’s involvement throughout the entire project assists in ensuring the overall success of each project.

Commencing his early career as an apprentice structural steel fabricator and then progressing with a Certificate III in Engineering, Stuart has furthered his career by gaining extensive experience within site supervision and project management positions. His experience within cost management and his exceptional project management skills ensure successful project delivery within the clients' specific parameters. Stuart has a true passion for building and takes pride in delivering successful outcomes for all of his clients and projects.

Amanda Innes – Construction Administration and Accounts

Amanda has almost 5 years experience within the accounts and construction administration fields. Her dedicated and zestful nature is displayed every time she liaises with clients and partners throughout each project. She has extensive experience within Bradwell’s cloud-based construction platform and also is highly experienced using the Xero accounting program. Amanda has multiple badges within Bradwell’s accounting program and has attained a Xero Payroll Certificate through online courses, along with a Certificate in Bookkeeping and Accounting.

No construction administration task to too much for Amanda and all clients experience her excellent customer service and is always a pleasure to work with.

James Roper – Cadet Estimator

James has completed a Bachelor of Construction Management with Honours at the University of Newcastle. He is passionate about all construction processes and is proficient in performing the set-up of and execution of construction programs including Buildertrend and Cubit. An avid learner showing keen interest in all aspects of construction, James has excellent technical time management and organisational skills and has adapted to any risen challenges to date. Under the guidance of the Bradwell team we look forward to observing James’s progress within each aspect of the Construction Management profession.
