Brad Welten – Founding Director

Brad is a highly accomplished building professional with extensive experience across both commercial and residential construction. Over the past 15 years as Director of Bradwell Constructions, he has successfully delivered hundreds of projects throughout Queensland and New South Wales. Supported by an experienced and growing construction team, Brad has overseen consistent year-on-year expansion of the business. In addition to client projects, he has also completed several of his own property developments across the Gold Coast and Brisbane, further strengthening his practical expertise and market understanding.

Brad’s strong technical capability, strategic approach, and exceptional project management skills ensure that every project is delivered efficiently, to the highest standard, and within budget. He remains instrumental to the ongoing success of Bradwell Constructions and is highly regarded by both clients and industry peers across South East Queensland.

Stuart Smith

Stuart Smith – General Projects Manager

Stuart brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background spanning both commercial and residential sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered projects ranging from $1 million to $30 million along the entire eastern seaboard. His hands-on involvement across every stage of a project plays a vital role in ensuring its overall success.

Stuart began his career as an apprentice structural steel fabricator and went on to complete a Certificate III in Engineering. He has since built extensive expertise in site supervision, project management, and cost management. His exceptional organisational skills, technical knowledge, and commitment to meeting client parameters consistently contribute to outstanding project outcomes. With a genuine passion for building and a commitment to excellence, Stuart takes great pride in delivering high-quality results for every client and every project.

Amanda Innes

Amanda Innes – Construction Administration and Accounts

Amanda brings nearly five years of experience in accounts and construction administration, contributing a dedicated and enthusiastic approach to every project. Her friendly and professional communication style ensures clients and project partners feel supported throughout each stage of the process.

She has extensive knowledge of Bradwell’s cloud-based construction platform and is highly proficient in Xero. Amanda holds multiple certifications within Bradwell’s accounting systems, a Xero Payroll Certificate, and a Certificate in Bookkeeping and Accounting, demonstrating her strong technical capability and commitment to continual development. No construction administration task is ever too much for Amanda. Her exceptional customer service, reliability, and positive attitude make her an invaluable member of the Bradwell Constructions team and a pleasure for all clients to work with.

Jana Mendes – Cadet Estimator

Originally from Brazil, Jana Mendes is a dedicated Cadet Estimator and a valued member of the Bradwell Constructions team. She loves seeing each project come to life behind the scenes, using her skills to source the best suppliers at the best prices.

Alongside her role, Jana is also studying Civil Construction and Design, further strengthening her technical knowledge and passion for the industry. Her commitment, attention to detail, and understanding of the importance of securing exceptional value for clients make her an incredible asset to the team.
